General Questions

Yes, but that person needs to fill out & fax a Third-Party Credit Card Authorization Form to our office along with a copy of an ID and the back/front of the credit card.
Everyone that travels outside their country needs a passport. Some countries require travel visas. Your travel consultant will assist you and provide you with all of the details if you require a visa or additional travel documents to anyone of our destinations.
All of our travel packages include airfare, accommodation, private transfers & city tour as well as nightlife entertainment. We also offer our clients add-on services and activities.
Single travelers love traveling with Simply Jet Set. Whether you want to join a group of like minded individuals or have one of our VIP Hosts show you around, we can accommodate any of your needs. If you do want to travel with a group, we suggest selecting a Special Event or asking your travel consultant about group dates for the destination you are interested in.
At the moment, we offer trips to Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Ibiza – Spain, & Greece.

Unlike other travel sites that only provide you with one of or multiple travel necessities (air, accommodation, transfers, & tours), SJS couples this with travel consultation, entertainment, add-on services and on-location staff at each destination. SJS also only deals with high-quality suppliers guaranteeing a luxury, no-hassle experience.
No, you do not have to purchase the entire package. A lot of our clients have frequent flyer miles and only need the land portion of the trip, so we accommodate that. As far as our Nightlife Service, We do not typically sell it on its own, although there may be rare exceptions/circumstances where we can do so, subject to approval by management.
For most destinations, the VIP Nightlife Service includes: Local VIP Host, Cover Charges, Transportation to the clubs, Front of Line Privileges, VIP Area Access & Tables & Bottle Service (where applicable). Your travel consultant will personally customize your nightlife service based on your entertainment needs. 
Yes, our clients are from all over the globe.  
For Special Events Packages, there will be set departure dates. For our Destination Packages, you can pick any dates you want.
We have contracts with the best tour operators & airlines in each country we provide packages for. So for instance, if you want to check out the Patagonia after your trip to Buenos Aires, we can provide you with that package as well.

Booking/Cancellation/Refund Questions

Travel Insurance!!! We urge everyone that books with us to purchase travel insurance. If you have to cancel for an emergency, most policies will refund you the total amount of your package

We accept all major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/ American Express) as well as bank/wire transfers.
Yes, We highly recommend you purchase any extras before you commence your trip. Your travel consultant will provide you with all of this information after you purchase your package.
For most packages, you do not need to pay everything at once. The initial payment normally includes the entire cost of the airfare plus any accommodation deposit with the final balance due 45 days prior to your departure. Your travel consultant will provide you with the exact details once you are ready to book your package. 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/ American Express) as well as  bank/wire transfers and cashier’s checks. We do NOT accept personal checks.
If you need to cancel your trip, we need a written confirmation via email that you are cancelling your trip.
If you have to change your dates, let us know ASAP. For airlines, a change fee will be applied as well as any price difference in the new fare. The accommodation depends on availability, so if the hotel is still available there will not be a problem. If it isn’t, we will try to accommodate you at a similar property.
Once everything is confirmed, we will send you a payment link and you can pay online. If you do not have access to the internet, you will need to fax/email a filled out Credit Card Authorization to our office.
Once the trip is paid in full, you will receive your travel vouchers and trip information about 2 – 3 weeks before your trip.
